Yet, the absence of recognition for this hard work often leads to a sense of dissatisfaction and underappreciation. As per industry norms Logistics sector is a challenging work but still this company dominating many competitor by giving bonus & extra favour on salary for the delivery boys.

Everything is best at all in flipkart but company need to improve the tech changes to make work simple and easy for delivery boys(like one touch solution in kirana operations, transparency).
