After selection, time of joining theydo tell that shift is of 8 hours And 30 minutes, but after joining we have to work 24*7. This is against law and i will make sure whenever I will be at the position I will definitely file a case against them. There is no such law to harras people 24*7. No one is happy there. People are leaving job because of toxic environment. They even have courtesy to retain people. If some one is leaving the organizations. They behave like resign person is criminal. There is religion discrimination hindu muslim from manager and Hr also. I will request from my side there must be cibil portal for companies also. Each and every thing is to be negative Only brand name is there. The owner might be not aware about but this situation and how CEO, s and higher authorities are working. There are only work from home for, who is in favour of manager and higher authorities.
