This is one of the worst organisation I have seen.no job security they just try to put people on PIP in initial 3 months. It is not employee centric, as if we compain to HR she will back question is with our numbers. And I was pregnant still they forced me to put paper. When I said it is illegal and want to talk to higher authorities she said I will check and let you know. Don't ever accept offer if it is for HSBC channel...Read More
