Likes

Loved working with Edelweiss Life Insurance company. Company policies are very good and even HR & IT team response quickly and are very supportive.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

The Manager and Seniors are not supportive and there is no work life balance. There is lot of politics and favoritism with in the team.
