Accountabilities Responsibilities Authorities

• Sales & Marketing
• Generate sales opportunities and increase business
• To contact customers, generate business, directly handle customer accounts
• Costing
• Prepare costing sheets and bids for inquiries from various customers
• Work out the pricing, T&C for all inquiries, and bids decided to go for
• Order Processing & Support
• Process POs received from various parties
• Book Sales Orders in the system
• Be the owner of sales orders and oversee the complete execution of orders with full responsibility
• Co-ordination within office teams
• Maintain coordination with various teams internally for smooth execution of orders and documentation
• To ensure proper support is received from all the other teams involved
• After Sales Support & MIS reporting
• Keep track of all orders executed, and in progress and track reports of all tasks
• Maintain details of MIS for the vertical and be updated always
• NPD Support
• Assist plant team in sample makings for the new approvals tried for
• Make and put sample orders in the system and get them manufactured from the plant.
