Qualification :-

• Administration, or a related field; a masters degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Experience :- 6+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the EPC sector.

Job Description :-

Coordination and Collaboration:

• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration between project management, engineering, procurement, finance, and other departments.
• Organize and lead regular meetings to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Project Management Support:

• Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Ensure that all project-related documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and present status reports, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve collaboration between departments.
• Implement best practices for project coordination and communication to enhance overall efficiency.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Collaborate with clients and suppliers to address any issues that may arise during project execution.

Risk Management:

• Assist in the identification and assessment of project risks, working with teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor risk factors and report on their status to project management.
