Project Installation Coordinator

The Role

Due to rapid growth and exciting return to work products development, the opportunity has arisen for a Partnership manager to oversee global ongoing Programme and maintenance projects by closely working with field engineers and install partners to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. They will also ensure all project team uphold the company's standards throughout each project's development and execution. This is a hands-on position where the individual will be involved in managing the install base field operations, coordinating with global installation partners, factory team and client to organise planned and reactive site visits and deployments, working with key strategic partners, and more. We're looking for individuals with a proven track record of managing complex, customer facing projects under demanding timelines.

Key Responsibilities

•      Develop and manage sensor maintenance project from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, capacity planning, resource allocation, and project execution.

•      Develop and train third party install partners for deployment ease globally.

•      Build strategic partner relationships.

•      Provide project management and direction to ensure the client and internal team has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path and roles/responsibilities they will undertake during the operational execution

•      Daily collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

•      Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones

•      Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths

•      Update or develop documentation on processes that are critical to successfully implementing your projects.

•      Facilitate formal turn-over with onsite team, support partners and monitor deliverables until agreed upon launch/project milestone is achieved.

Qualifications and Experience

•      Bachelors Degree

•      PMP certification good to have

•      Agile certification

•      Minimum 7-8 years experience in global project management which includes client interaction, specifically UK and US region

•      Previous experience of working in IOT environment will be added benefit

•      Good understanding of common agile practices and service-oriented environments

•      Experienced in running multiple projects concurrently including scope, requirements, timelines and resource allocation

•      Strong facilitation skills, Strong technical proficiency, especially relating to mobile applications, web applications and development, systems integration and product release and support requirements.

•      Excellent organizational, tracking skills, and attention to detail.

•      Excellent interpersonal skills - both business facing and Engineering

•      Able to work flexible hours to support clients from various location across globe

•      Works well as a part of a team

•      Able to resolve problems quickly and calmly to achieve client goals
