Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope
Analysis and documentation of customer requirements
Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and management
Track and report on the team's progress using appropriate metrics
Execute project governance structures to ensure adherence to project management best practices and exceptional customer experience
Become a subject matter expert in our products and be able to intelligently speak and report on technical aspects, features and issues internally as well as with our customers
Requirements:
2 to 2.5 years of experience as a project manager, ideally in a SaaS environment.
Experience in project coordination and providing exceptional service to customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
Proficiency in standard IT applications such as Word, Excel, and an interest in technology and its application.
Solution-oriented with creativity and persistence in overcoming obstacles.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities, working well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidates:
Individuals with experience in project management within the NBFC, banking, or insurance sectors.
Prior involvement in incentive compensation management in any sector, particularly in the above-mentioned industries, is a big plus.
