Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

• Understand Customer Requirements: Comprehend and document the needs and objectives of the customer.
• Requirement Mapping: Align customer requirements with product capabilities and ensure proper documentation.
• Customer Interaction: Engage and communicate confidently with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Documentation: Write comprehensive use cases, System Integration Testing (SIT) cases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases.
• Analyze and Improve: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills to understand and document business requirements.
• Functional Skills on WMS: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of supply chain processes and optimization.
• Retail and Ecommerce: Familiarity with retail and ecommerce operations.
• Requirement Analysis: Ability to gather, document, and analyze customer requirements.
• Use Case Creation: Expertise in creating detailed use cases for various business scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
• This role is ideal for candidates with a B.Tech + MBA/PGDM, and experience in advanced

analytics, predictive analytics, machine learning, and data science will be highly valued.
