Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic IT Business Analyst with both pre-sales and post-sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and clients, ensuring that our solutions meet their business needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated success in delivering complex projects.
- Solid workflow analysis, data modelling, and process mapping experience..
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)
- Should be pro-active in communication.
