OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

For end to end management including testing of group projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders to obtain buy-in for requirements obtained.
• Good knowledge of Group Insurance
• Conduct periodic discussions with stakeholders with requirements
• Liase with IT project manager and get the required development done in system
• End to end resolution approach
• Process documentation
• Exception handling

INTERACTIONS

Internal Relations:

All line functions and other departments in KLI

External Relations:

Vendor Team related to projects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Educational Qualifications:

BE / B Tech / MCA / B.Sc

Work Experience:

6 years + (Insurance background Preferable)

Other skill set:

• Experience in project management & team management
• Interpersonal skills
• Communication skills - verbal and written
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Attention to detail and accuracy
