Business Analyst

JD:
1. Requirement Management and Documentation:
* Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Analyze requirements and finalize them with clients, documenting and obtaining sign-off.
* Prepare comprehensive requirement documents such as SRS, FRS, BRD, and use case diagrams.
* Prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility.
2. Meeting Management:
* Prepare meeting agendas and post-meeting minutes (MOM) after requirement sessions or UAT demos.
3. Documentation and Presentation:
* Prepare various project documents including module estimations, work breakdown structure, and approach methodologies.
* Create tender presentations and proposals for new projects.
4. Estimation and Cost Analysis:
* Estimate manpower effort and project costs based on gathered requirements.
* Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis for proposed projects.
5. Project Management Support:
* Create and manage JIRA stories, epics, and subtasks for project tracking.
* Attend pre-bid meetings and address pre-bid queries from clients.
6. Wireframe Design and Review:
* Design wireframes in consultation with clients and obtain sign-off.
* Facilitate knowledge transfer of wireframes to the design team and ensure timely HTML design delivery.
7. Quality Assurance and Testing:
* Participate in quality assurance activities including test planning, case development, and user acceptance testing. Under the guidance of PO or TEL
8. Stakeholder Management:
* Identify stakeholders and ensure their complete involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
* Keep stakeholders informed at every project stage and negotiate scope changes and timelines.
10. Change Management:
* Conduct impact analysis for change requests and provide knowledge transfer to relevant teams.
* Negotiate terms for out-of-scope items and efforts involved.
11. Client Communication and SLA Compliance:
* Finalize project deliverables, requirement documents, and designs with clients.
* Ensure timely responses to client inquiries as per defined SLAs.
12. BA delivery project with ZERO Escalation and schedule training sessions of any domain or area. These sessions will cover best practices and real-world experiences.
