• Create detailed documentation for processes, requirements, and project plans, ensure documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather comprehensive requirements, conduct thorough analysis to ensure a deep understanding of project needs.
• Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and propose solutions for optimization. Work closely with teams to implement process improvements.
• Assist in project planning, tracking, and coordination. Ensure timely delivery of projects and milestones.
• Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders, including management, development teams, and end-users, Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify opportunities for business improvement. Developing reports and dashboards for key stakeholders is added advantage.
• Be a master of all trades by quickly adapting to changing priorities and taking on new challenges.
• Demonstrate flexibility in handling diverse tasks and responsibilities.
