Key Accountabilities: Candidate must have good analytical and problem-solving skills with a product centric mindset. Ability to work in a dynamic / deadline-oriented environment Exposure to HRMS domain. At minimum, functional knowledge of HRMS, ERP, and/or CRM products is a must. Candidates with HRMS domain experience are strongly preferred. Job Description: - Conducting market research, competitor & gap analysis - Gathering high level requirements and translating to low level documents - Developing high level and low-level documents such as Functional Requirements Document (FRD), etc - Identifying scope of enhancements by continuously exploring product and documenting the same - Communicating enhancement solutions via detailed documents - Strong UI/UX sense is required - Develop wireframes, mock-ups, penultimate designs - Leverage AS-IS & TO-BE diagrams for seamless understanding across departments - Deep dive into HRMS/ CRM and its various modules Qualifications: • 1 to 3 Years of total experience • Any graduate / PG / BBA / MBA • Should be able to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint effectively • Great at managing time and juggling through multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent command over English language with great documentation skills • Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member Strong preference will be given to candidates with: • Deep knowledge of HRMS/ CRM product or experience in HRMS Background • Proven track record of documenting high level and low-level requirements • Experience in UI/UX design or improvements
