Role & responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to inspect and resolve quality-related issues with zippers.
• Conduct on-site evaluations to identify technical or manufacturing defects and suggest solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring product quality meets expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (CSD, Quality, Operations) to resolve complaints effectively and promptly.
• Maintain detailed reports of visits, observations, and actions taken.
• Stay updated on product developments and technical advancements in zipper technology.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Preference to Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field
