Retail Development Incharge

Role & responsibilities Responsible for sales target delivery in his/her area. This includes driving market coverage, outlet productivity, secondary sales target achievement, range selling, onboarding new outlets as per plan with regular touchpoints with distributors / retailers and providing timely market feedback to TSI

Roles and Responsibility:

▪ Drive distribution width and depth within designated area

▪ Deliver secondary sales target of retail outlets within designated area

▪ Outlet management

▪ Increase retailer awareness in their designated area and onboard new outlets

▪ Drive range selling across outlets

▪ Ensure availability of stocks across outlets within designated area

▪ Focus on activating new channel when directed

▪ Help TSI to manage relationship with distributor

▪ Be aware of all competitive activities within the designated area

▪ Dissemination of trade schemes and other benefits to retailers and dealers

▪ Performing outlet census as per plan for towns in scope of distribution addition

▪ Driving adoption of Bizom/ SFA

▪ New outlet opening and business build

▪ Competitor benchmarking of schemes, new product launches and actions in market
