About the Role:We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern Core Sourcer to support our recruitment team in identifying and engaging top talent. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition strategies.Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various roles.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA (HR) or equivalent degree.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
