HR (Team-lease Payroll) (Talent Acquisition Role)

Objectives of this role: Executive HR (3P Payroll - Team lease)

Talent Acquisition (70%)

• Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind including crafting of Job descriptions , KPI and metrics of each role
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies, to build pipelines for potential applicants
• Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations and best functional and behavioural fits basis competency framework

HR Generalist (30%)

• Assist in the employee life cycle 90 day feedbacks / Confirmation process / Performance and Productivity Management / Grievance Management /
• Create forums for people discussions with right and timely feedbacks to management
• Employee Engagement Role & responsibilities
