Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Work from Office)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Vadodara, India. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in recruitment, primarily within the Oil & Gas (O&G) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the companys policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing for India.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to understand and align hiring needs with organizational goals.
• Define selection criteria for various roles and job positions.
• Source candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards, professional networks) and other sourcing strategies.
• Plan and conduct interview and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics to leadership.
• Write clear and compelling job descriptions, interview questions, and selection criteria.
• Maintain and manage candidate pools to ensure that qualified candidates are kept engaged for current and future roles.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and partner with Corporate Communications to address recruitment challenges.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Proactively gather market intelligence to stay ahead in recruitment strategies and methodologies.
• Recommend innovative ideas to improve recruitment processes and activities.
• Research and analyze recruitment trends within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Ensure the smooth execution of transactional recruitment tasks by working with HR Shared Services.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of Indian recruitment practices and hiring trends.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment metrics, interview techniques, and management systems.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience, with a significant portion spent as a recruitment specialist.
• Preferably, experience in the O&G or energy sector.
• Experience working in multinational organizations or handling international recruitment is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with HR Shared Services teams is desirable.
