We are a Hybrid company with multiple in-house products and client products which means our team gets to work with the latest technologies always. Just in 5 years, we have grown to 35+ full-time developers in Vadodara and 400+ salespeople in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Life Cycle Management: Handle the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer closure.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various job portals such as LinkedIn, as well as other channels, to attract qualified IT candidates.

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with technical and cultural requirements.

Coordinate closely with hiring managers and client representatives to understand hiring needs and refine search criteria

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience: Minimum 1 year as an IT Recruiter, with expertise in managing the recruitment process end-to-end.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate engagement .

Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT technologies and roles to accurately match candidate profiles with job requirements.

Hands-on Experience: Proficient in using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, and other job portals to source candidates effectively.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.

Salary Range : 13k-25k (Based On Interview )
