Pricing & Operation Manager

Job Title: Senior Manager (Breakbulk Project Pricing & Operations)
Reporting To: Head of Projects

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing and executing breakbulk project pricing and operations. This role requires expertise in preparing technical and commercial quotes, tender documents, and contracts while ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams, vendors, and shipping lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing & Tender Management:

• Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) quotes and technical-commercial proposals for shipping and logistics.
• Draft and prepare tender documents in compliance with client requirements.

Contract Management:

• Draft, review, and negotiate booking notes and logistics contracts.
• Lead negotiations with shipping lines to secure favorable terms.

Vendor & Shipping Line Management:

• Manage relationships with vendors and shipping lines to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with agents for cargo movement and documentation.

Operations Management:

• Follow up on operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.
• Facilitate inter- and intra-department coordination for smooth workflow.

Reporting & MIS:

• Prepare and maintain pricing and operations MIS reports to track project performance.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 78 years of relevant experience in shipping and logistics, particularly in breakbulk project pricing and operations.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, vendor management, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge: Proficient in preparing technical-commercial quotes, tender documents, and managing logistics operations.
