All India Operations Head - IT Manager (7-10 yrs)

About the job:

As Manager-IT, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of I.(Networking and Hardware) related to Logistic and Forwarding organisation. You will be responsible for improving and updating software and hardware systems. This role also requires developing, implementing and Managing IT Infra, policies and best practice guides for the organization.

Responsibility :

- Ensuring Business support on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards for a network with 200 plus end point.

- Overall, Infra Management - Ensure the smooth operation of IT services, including network infrastructure and security, software applications, and hardware systems.

- Good Knowledge of virtualised server environment on Hyper-V and up to date with current networking concepts

- Manage Email system on different platform like Gmail, Microsoft O365, Policy Making, deploying and monitoring of Network , Firewall , endpoints , Server Infra ,Backups , connectivity, Asset , Procurement , usages, disposal, Data, Voice, Wi-Fi, CCTV and Biometric

- Cyber Security Management and monitoring

- Backup management

- Patch Management for latest updates on infra hardwares / Softwares

- Cost saving in all the aspects of IT infra requirement.

- Domain / DNS Management / SSL certificate Management

- License procurement and compliance

- Asset Management and Vendor Management

- Revamp / renew Hardware , softwares and services

- Review and update IT policies and procedures as needed

Candidate Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

- Must have at least 7-10 years of experience

- Shipping, Logistics and Forwarding domain knowledge would be an advantage.

- Good management skills and communication skills are required

- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
