Job Description


Job Description:

As the Head of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving the people strategy and overseeing the HRBP team. With a minimum of 15 years of experience, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business units, ensuring alignment between business goals and HR initiatives. You will manage critical HR functions such as performance management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, and more.


This leadership role requires a deep understanding of business operations, human resource best practices, and a proven ability to lead complex organizational change, improve employee experience, and drive high-performance culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Partner with executive leadership to define and execute HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
    • Provide guidance on organizational development, leadership effectiveness, and HR policy decisions.
    • Analyze business needs and create HR initiatives that drive operational efficiency and support growth.

  • HR Business Partnership:
    • Act as a key business partner to senior leadership and line managers, delivering HR solutions tailored to the needs of specific business functions.
    • Advise business leaders on managing employee performance, change management, succession planning, and talent development.
    • Ensure HR initiatives and solutions are implemented effectively and consistently across the organization.

  • Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
    • Lead workforce planning, ensuring that the organization has the right talent, at the right time, to meet business needs.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of succession plans, identifying and nurturing high-potential talent.
    • Lead performance management systems to ensure effective goal-setting, feedback, and development opportunities for employees.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Provide leadership in managing complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Ensure employee engagement strategies are aligned with business goals and drive a culture of high performance and collaboration.
    • Develop and oversee initiatives to improve employee morale, retention, and productivity.

  • Leadership Development & Organizational Change:
    • Lead leadership development programs, ensuring that leaders at all levels have the skills and tools to succeed.
    • Drive and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with overall strategic objectives.
    • Facilitate leadership workshops, coaching, and mentoring programs to build a culture of continuous development.

  • Performance Management & Reward Strategy:
    • Oversee the design and execution of the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture.
    • Lead the development of compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring competitive and fair reward practices.
    • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the reward strategy, making adjustments as necessary to drive employee retention and satisfaction.

  • Talent Acquisition & Retention:
    • Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
    • Ensure recruitment strategies align with business objectives and workforce planning requirements.
    • Analyze attrition rates and develop retention strategies to minimize turnover and maintain a highly engaged workforce.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Utilize HR analytics to track trends, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
    • Leverage data and metrics to provide actionable insights to senior leadership on people-related matters.

  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the HRBP team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to provide effective HR services to the business.
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance HR team culture focused on delivering value to the business.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
    • Manage employee-related risk by creating and implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Education:
    • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Experience:
    • Minimum15 years of experience in HR, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role (Head of HRBP or similar).
    • Proven experience managing complex HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
    • Experience in driving HR strategy, managing a team, and advising senior leadership.

  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, trends, and HRIS systems.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
    • Proven ability to influence, lead change, and drive business results through people initiatives.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR initiatives to business goals.
