HR Business Partner

Role & responsibilities

- Develop people and culture strategy and executes the same with the leaders in the organization

- Working closely with all employees to understand and address their needs

- Making onboarding an amazing experience for all new joiners

- Smooth off-boarding of employees to ensure they remain ambassadors of the company

- Supporting the Total Rewards plan, including salary planning, promotions, and job fitment at hiring.

- Collaborating with functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of HR initiatives.

- Advises on actions to continuously develop the organizational design and culture. Run organizational surveys (both internal & external) and work towards enhancing the employer brand.

- Planning activities & events for making the environment fun and interactive

- Ensure the Health and Safety of Employees

- Design initiatives that help employees feel appreciated and foster a sense of camaraderie

Preferred candidate profile

- You are a HRBP in a professional services/start up

- You have an engaging personality with excellent communication, people oriented and results driven

- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases

- You are tech-savvy, and have the aptitude to successfully adopt digital and technology initiatives.

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

- Working in office 5 days a week primarily in Noida Sector 144

- Co-ordinating closely with satellite offices to ensure consistency of approach
