We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support:
Collaborate with the CEO on various strategic initiatives, special projects, and business development activities.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support decision-making.
Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings, conferences, and other engagements.
Administrative Support:
Efficiently manage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, coordinate attendees, and ensure seamless logistics for meetings and events.
Take detailed minutes of meetings and distribute them promptly.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Information Management:
Gather, organize, and analyze information to support the CEOs decision-making process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Conduct research on a wide range of topics as needed.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and partners.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or individuals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting a C-suite executive.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Provide support to the CEO in the Noida office when hes in India. When hes in the US, be available during US business hours, working either from the office or remotely.
Desired Skills:
Experience with project management tools.
Knowledge of business etiquette and protocol.
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
