Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).

Job Responsibilities:
Calendar and Meeting Management : Organize, coordinate, and manage the MD s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and ensure all meetings, conferences, and events are seamlessly arranged.
Communication Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication. Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and other forms of communication.
Administrative Support : Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the MD. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Meeting Preparation and Documentation : Coordinate meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-up on deliverables. Research and prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations.
Travel and Event Coordination : Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for both domestic and international trips. Organize company events, conferences, and off-site meetings as required.
Stakeholder Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and senior executives to support business objectives. Act as a representative of the MD in meetings and communications when required.
Strategic Support : Assist the MD in strategic planning, monitoring business priorities, and providing research-based recommendations. Support the MD in driving business initiatives and improving organizational efficiency.
Office Management : Oversee general office duties related to the MD s office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
