Job Description
We areseeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our team. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in Java technologies, governmentwebsite and portal creation, proposal support, and customer interaction.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Own end to end delivery of managed services projects, ensuring they meet client requirements & timelines.
- Oversee the development & maintenance of government websites using Java technologies.
- Support proposal process by contributing technical expertise & preparing presentations.
- Address and resolve customer queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
RequirementsTools andTechnologies:
- Java, Java EE
- Spring Framework, Hibernate
- Web Services (RESTful and SOAP)
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), Postgres
- Development tools (e.g., Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA)
- Version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
- Build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle)
- Continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins)
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Overall 10 Plus experience and minimum of 7 years of experience in technical delivery management, with a focus on Java technologies.
- Proven experience in managed-services projects in website and portal projects.
- Strong understanding of proposal development and customer presentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in a customer-facing role, with atrack record of high customer satisfaction
