Job Description
Werelooking for a highly skilled and experienced Tender Management SME to manageand oversee the tendering process on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM)platform. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of GeM, tendermanagement, and procurement processes.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. TenderManagement: Manage the entire tendering process on GeM, from creating tendersto evaluating bids and awarding contracts.
2. GeMPortal Management: Ensure seamless management of the GeM portal, includingupdating product catalogs, managing orders, and resolving issues.
3.Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with GeM policies, procedures, andguidelines, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
4. ProcessImprovement: Continuously evaluate and improve tender management processes,ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
6. Trainingand Support: Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on GeMportal usage, tender management, and compliance.
7. Reportingand Analytics: Generate reports and analytics on tender management performance,providing insights for business improvement.

1.Education: Bachelor degree in business administration, Commerce, or a relatedfield.
2.Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in tender management, procurement,or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience on the GeM platform.
3. Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of GeM, tendermanagement, and procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving,and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as partof a team.
- Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills.
4.Certifications: Certification in procurement, tender management, or a relatedfield (e.g., CPP, CPM, or PGDPM) is desirable.
