Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy E-Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the online recruitment process, utilizing various digital platforms and tools to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role requires a strong understanding of e-recruitment strategies, social media, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics to optimize the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective e-recruitment strategies to attract candidates through various online channels.
Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to promote job openings and engage potential candidates.
Job Posting and Management:
Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant online platforms.
Monitor and manage job postings to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with the company s branding.
Candidate Sourcing:
Use advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:
Manage the ATS to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring all candidate information is accurately recorded and tracked.
Generate reports and analytics to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
Candidate Engagement:
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
Employer Branding:
Assist in promoting the company s employer brand through social media, career fairs, and other online platforms.
Create engaging content to showcase company culture and values.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-recruitment.
Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on e-recruitment or digital hiring strategies.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
