Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment and a passion for identifying top talent. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for various positions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sourcing and Screening: Actively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds of interviews.

  • Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Keep job postings up to date and manage applicant tracking systems.

  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. Provide timely updates on application status and feedback.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities. Generate reports and provide insights on recruitment metrics.

  • Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company s employer brand through social media and other recruitment marketing strategies.

  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.


Preferred Skills:


  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience in sourcing candidates for IT or technology roles.
  • Knowledge of various interviewing techniques and evaluation methods.
