Back Office Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by handling various administrative and support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update company databases and records.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining financial records.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to front office staff and assist with customer inquiries.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with accounting and financial principles is a plus.
