Job Description
- Alladministrative & office management work related of IBVof CDOT .
- Toassist the Division/COO/Senior management in day to day Administrative &office management related activities.
- Working in accordance with GFR/ CCS/CCA/Govt ofIndia rules as far as they are applicable to C-DoT and OMs/Circulars as issuedfrom time to time.
- Toprovide the information/report etc requiredby the MoC/MoSC/Secretary DoT.
- Arrangementsall Support for to convene /meeting seminars/ attended by theMoC/MoSC/Secretary DoT and Division in C-DoT/ DoT and others in Delhi and other places.
- Protocolduties in case of foreign / visitors/ VVIP and other Dignitaries
- ProtocolDuties in case of Foreign Visit Passport/Visa /Air tickets and other required services.
- Arranging the travel supports Air tickets etc.
- Arrangementsall Support related to organize /conduct the Exhibitions, Workshopswithin Delhi or out of Delhi.
- Toprepare reports, MIS, dashboards using MS office utilities like power pointpresentations, drafts, notes, circulars, spreadsheets, reports, etc.
- Toprepare daily update reports, draft minutes of meetings and presentations formonitoring by government/project officials.
- Towork as a project enabler and facilitator among the internal/externalstakeholders
- Toassist the department in inter departmental communication and liaising with theconcerned stakeholders.
- Tocoordination works of the division /C DoT in administration & office management
- Toassist the Division in conducting conferences / workshops / stakeholder meetingsetc.
- Torecommend value proposition to the customer in the administrative activities
- Anyworks assigned/directed by the CE0 C-DoT / COO, TeGT
