Job Description

We areseeking an experienced and Strong Technical Delivery Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, AI, cloudmigration, and managed services projects for government clients. Additionally,the candidate will have experience supporting proposals, preparingpresentations, and addressing customer queries.

KeyResponsibilities:

Leadand manage end to end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet clientrequirements and timelines.

Overseemanaged services projects focused on data analytics, AI, and cloud migrationfor government clients.

Supportthe proposal process by contributing technical expertise and preparingpresentations and addressing customer queries.

Addressand resolve customer queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customersatisfaction.

Coordinatewith cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Developand implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Monitorproject progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.

Conductperformance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Maintainstrong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

StatisticalAnalysis : Base SAS VA, SAS Text exploratory analytics, Java OCR

ArtificialIntelligence: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLP tools

CloudPlatforms: AWS,Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP),

Containerization& Orchestration :Docker, Kubernetes

CloudMigration: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible

Developmenttools: Eclipse,IntelliJ IDEA

Versioncontrol systems: Git,Git Hub, GitLab

CI/CDTools : Jenkins,CircleCI, Azure DevOp

Projectmanagement tools: JIRA, Trello

Requirements:

Bachelordegree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Overall 10+ experience and minimum of 7 years of experience in technical deliverymanagement, with a focus on data analytics, AI, and cloud migration.

Provenexperience in managing managed services projects for government clients.

Strongunderstanding of proposal development and customer presentation.

Excellentcommunication and presentation skills.

Abilityto manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Strongproblem-solving and analytical skills.

Experiencein a customer-facing role, with a track record of high customer satisfaction
