Job Description
- 5-14+ years of Experience in IT Development Interfaces, Automation concepts and Support
- Strong in MIS and Presenting to all levels from C to A across organization
- 5-10 years in Production Support
- 8+ years in Service Management, preferably ITIL Certified
- 2-5 years hands on experience of Event Management in Service Now and or similar tooling/interfaces
- 2-5+ years in Event Management tooling, practices and processes, best practices and technologies preferably ServiceNow and Dynatrace
- 3+ years of Product Management Experience.
- Should have minimum Bachelor s Degree
- Should have demonstrated experience in designing and re-engineering interfaces and processes to meet organizational goals and improve efficiency
- Should have hands on working Experience with global operating models
- Should have demonstrated commitment to continual learning of industry best practices and standards
