Job Description -

Support the day-to-day operations of the Technology Issue Management program. The successful candidate will possess exceptional written and oral communication skills while balancing details of risk requirements. Candidates should be collaborative, well organized and eager to contribute to team goals.

Responsibilities -

Support daily operational activities including meeting presentation materials, issue review meetings, documenting meetings/tracking follow-ups, updates to issue tickets, and status/escalation reporting and communications Support the Issue Management process owner and operations lead to develop/implement strategic direction for the process Hold control officers accountable to process requirements Support Technology Risk & Control department with Issue Management specific inquiries or actions Provide any needed stakeholder coordination to resolve issue related challenges Ensure appropriate escalation and handoffs to the risk treatment program Support the oversight and maintenance of program documentation, including creation, review cycles and approvals Support issue ticket quality reviews and presentation of results Influence behaviors to reduce risk and foster a strong technology risk management culture throughout the enterprise
