Roles and Responsibilities

5-14+ years of Experience in IT Development Interfaces, Automation concepts and Support

Strong in MIS and Presenting to all levels from C to A across organization

5-10 years in Production Support

8+ years in Service Management, preferably ITIL Certified

2-5 years hands on experience of Event Management in Service Now and or similar tooling/interfaces

2-5+ years in Event Management tooling, practices and processes, best practices and technologies preferably ServiceNow and Dynatrace

3+ years of Product Management Experience

Should have minimum Bachelors Degree

Should have demonstrated experience in designing and re-engineering interfaces and processes to meet organizational goals and improve efficiency

Should have hands on working Experience with global operating models

Should have demonstrated commitment to continual learning of industry best practices and standards
