Job Description
- To provide a real time support to Farmers/FPOs on their queries related to agri-derivatives market and hedging on exchange platform
- To provide update about services available in the commodity derivative ecosystem viz warehousing, eNWR etc. To serve the farming community by connecting them with the relevant teams in the Exchange ecosystem for further hand holding, as may be required.
- Keep records of the interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on FPOs/Farmers requests
- To support the concerned team in designing the training and awareness program for Farmers/FPOs by analyzing the repetitive queries
- Compliance with SOPs/Circulars: Ensuring the process is managed/handled as per the SOPs/circular/Exchange guideline
