Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kolkata, Sector 5. If you have at least 3 years of experience in international customer service and are comfortable working night shifts from 11:30 PM to 8:30 AM, wed love to hear from you!

📍 Job Details:

Location: Kolkata, Sector 5 (Work from Office)

Salary - 18,000 - 30,000 Per Month

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON WEEKENDS (5 WORKING DAY - 2 DAYS ROTATIONAL OFF)

Shift: Core Night Shift (11:30 PM – 8:30 AM, including a 1-hour break)

Transportation: One-way transport provided OR reimbursement for travel during night/day shifts.

✅ Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken & written)

Minimum 3 years of experience handling US customers

Must be punctual and have a strong commitment to attendance (No absences)

Must be able to work night shifts

Minimum education qualification: Graduation

💼 Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests via phone, email, or chat.

Provide professional and empathetic customer service to US-based clients.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Work efficiently within the given KPIs (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
