  • JOINING - IMMEDIATELY
  • LOCATION - RFS Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, EP Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Calcutta, West Bengal, India
  • SALARY - 15,000 TO 25,000 PER MONTH, PLUS INCENTIVES

Job description

Were looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth, lead our marketing team, and oversee projects while working during night shifts to meet global client demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve business development goals.

Ensure effective collaboration across departments to drive project success.

Client Acquisition:

Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients in the B2B space.

Identify potential markets and build relationships with decision-makers.

Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Project Management:

Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Monitor project milestones, resolve challenges, and ensure quality standards.

Strategic Planning:

Analyze market trends and client needs to shape business strategies.

Create reports and presentations for senior management on business performance.

Night Shift Operations:

Work during night shifts to align with global clients’ time zones and requirements.

Provide real-time solutions and maintain seamless client communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT or BPO sectors.
  • Proven track record of acquiring clients and driving revenue growth in B2B services.
  • Strong knowledge of business development strategies, market analysis, and sales processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively during night shifts and handle time-sensitive tasks.
