Job Description

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The selected Candidate will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, communication, account management, and other day-to-day tasks related to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the agency's capabilities and services.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.

Sales & Strategy Development

  • Develop and present customized proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative strategies and solutions for client projects.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue Targets.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market insights.
  • Analyze client feedback to improve service offerings.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with creative, marketing, and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop unique and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Share insights and contribute to team success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum & Proven of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within an agency or service-based business.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Design & CRM tools and sales reporting software.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising trends is a plus.
