Role & responsibilities

Functional Areas and Job Responsibilities : CS cum HUB Operator

• Generate report numbers accurately on the HQTS HUB system to ensure seamless tracking and documentation of inspection activities.
• Maintain high data accuracy by ensuring correct order entry and verification on the HUB server before processing further actions.
• Track, update, and manage daily order generation records in Excel format for smooth coordination of India service arrangements.
• Ensure all reports are delivered within the stipulated timeline, and in case of any delays, proactively follow up with the concerned department and update the client accordingly.
• Keep all service arrangements for India up to date on both the HUB and GCB systems to maintain accuracy and alignment with operational requirements.
• Manage order shifting requests efficiently by making necessary adjustments before the deadline to avoid lapses in execution.
• Ensure all previous days reports are accurately sent to India CS teams on time, ensuring smooth client communication and service fulfilment.
• Undergo training to gain knowledge in handling client interactions and provide support in CRM operations and CS responsibilities when required.
• Handle customer data on HUB by understanding client requirements, ensuring effective communication, and providing sufficient support to team members for seamless operations.
• Coordinate with the CRM Team Leader for inspection and audit planning while maintaining and preparing accurate client data for operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

System Requirement:-

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Database Management, Data Entry & Validation, Email & Communication Tools, File Management & Documentation, Online Collaboration Tools, Basic Knowledge of CRM Tools, Understanding of Inspection & Audit Systems is added advantage.
