Job Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the HR Operations team, responsible for payroll processing, benefits administration, employee data management, HR helpdesk, onboarding/offboarding, leave management, Expat management including expat payroll, taxation, and all visa related services.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR Operations. Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate HR-related risks. Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and ensure timely compliance.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external HR vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met and costs are optimized.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the HR Operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to HR leadership. Utilize data to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR business leaders, and employees.
- Collaborate effectively to address HR-related issues and support business objectives.
- Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor the HR Operations team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment. Identify training and development needs and provide opportunities for growth.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in various HR projects, including system implementations, process redesign initiatives, and other strategic HR initiatives.
