Job description:
We are urgently looking for AVP- HR Operations for Gurgaon Location.
Job Description:
- Reviewing and approving budgets, implementing new HR Systems for ease of working environment.
- Ensuring HR initiatives are cost-effective, run smoothly and contribute to a healthy work environment. Operational
- Implement new HR policies and systems.
- Maintain and enhance HR plan.
- Set objectives and track programs.
- Monitor HR systems and databases.
- Grievances Handling.
- Employee Connect Initiatives.
- Effective Employee Services.
- Oversee On-boarding processes.
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
- Monitor key HR metrics.
- Create detailed reports on HR costs. Financial and Budget
- Support and coordinate with HR Business Partners/COE.
Qualifications/Experience:
- MBA/Master in HR with 10 to 15 years HR Operations is the best fit for this position.
- Hands on experience in HRIS.
