Vice President - HR Transformation Project & Payroll - BFSI (10-20 yrs)

We are hiring for Vice President HR Transformation Project and Payroll projects ,will Leading Investment Bank in Mumbai.

Total Experience: 10+ years

Post-MBA with Top tier college

Project Planning & Management

- Lead: Lead and manage global visibility change programme(s) as a PMO, workstream lead, lead business analysts

- Effectively plan, manage & control portfolio of projects: business process improvement programmes/projects, new initiatives, process reengineering projects & transitions

- Project & Resource management: Actively review project progress adherence to schedule, resource utilization & progress against objective

- Engagement: Engage with project stakeholders and cross-functional business leaders in order to build project pipeline

- Governance: Setting up & managing end to end program/project governance

Program Oversight Responsibilities

- Responsible for end to end management of high visibility projects that are delivered by the function

- Ability to independently plan, organize, manage and control the activities of multiple, large scale, cross functional project teams

- Manage interdependencies

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Provide management with regular updates, maintain trusting relationships by engaging stakeholders in various discussions/meetings

- Review feedback from the stakeholders and design plan of action
