Areas of Responsibility

• Drive expansion of company-owned stores by identifying prime retail locations and negotiating favorable lease terms.
  
• Develop and execute business strategies for coffee and related products, targeting key market segments.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, retail consultants, and corporate partners.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess location viability, operational costs, and revenue potential.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless store setup, branding, and promotional activities.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand presence and revenue growth.
  
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

• Strong understanding of sales strategies and business development processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Experience working in the coffee industry or with premium consumer goods is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
