Job Title: B2B Sales Executive
Location: Delhi/Mumbai
Department: Sales
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage Wholesale Cafes / Restaurants B2B Sales.
•Conduct coffee brewing workshops for existing / new customers to increase the brand presence and upselling.
•Able to handle the customer queries from a sales point of view as well and coordination with Sales OPS team.
•Adhering to monthly /quarterly sales targets.
•Develop and maintain long-term relationships with business clients, focusing on coffee-related solutions.
•Present and demonstrate our products, equipment, and services to potential clients in various industries.
•Leverage your barista expertise to provide valuable insights and training to clients on best practices for coffee equipment and preparation.
Qualifications:
•Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in the foodservice, hospitality, or related sectors.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Hands-on barista experience and a deep understanding of coffee and related equipment. •Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and exceed sales targets.
•Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
