Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow Development :

- Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to align with customer-specific requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

- Develop and implement automation scripts, business rules, workflows, and other coding objects to optimize ServiceNow performance.

- Take responsibility for coding, testing, debugging, and creating technical documentation and test automation.

- Integrate ServiceNow with telecom-specific applications such as fulfillment systems, assurance systems, billing, finance, procurement, and logistics.

- Participate in agile ceremonies (SCRUM, SAFe), including sprint planning, demos, backlog grooming, and requirement assessments.

- Develop custom applications using ServiceNow best practices.

- Create runbooks and execute deployments from development to test and production instances.

- Conduct customer and end-user demo sessions and provide knowledge-sharing and user training.

Security Compliance :

- Implement security controls and compliance measures specific to the telecommunications industry, including data privacy and regulatory requirements.

- Enforce role-based access controls to protect sensitive data.

Documentation Training :

- Document all configurations, customizations, and best practices related to ITSM, Order Management, and other modules.

Required Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs, including REST API integrations.

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including :

- Server-side scripting, client-side scripting

- Business rules, script includes, UI policies, UI actions, UI pages

- Experience in modern engineering practices (DevOps, CI/CD, automation, APIs).

At least one ServiceNow certification, such as :

- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
