Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM and ITOM modules.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

- Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 6 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with expertise in ITSM and ITOM.

- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e., Certified System Administrator, ITSM/ITOM Implementation Specialist).

- Strong experience in JavaScript, Glide, APIs, Web Services, and integration methodologies.

- Hands-on experience in configuring workflows, UI policies, ACLs, and automation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage stakeholders and teams effectively
