Intellivate - Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITIL/ITSM Modules (3-5 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong technical background in ServiceNow development and the ability to implement and manage a wide range of ITIL processes. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.

- Implement ITIL processes such as incident, change, request, problem, knowledge, service catalog, SLA, and asset management.

- Customize ServiceNow functionalities, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using web services, XML, REST/SOA, HTTP, and other methodologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance.

- Create detailed documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, and HR modules is a plus.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is highly desirable.

Technical Skills :

- Advanced scripting knowledge, including JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, and Windows Shell.

- Deep understanding of ServiceNow core functionalities, such as incident management, SLAs, service catalog, reporting, and Performance Analytics.

- Familiarity with networking, TCP/IP, firewalls, and network protocols.

- Expertise in integration methodologies and troubleshooting.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proven ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in conducting stakeholder demos and ensuring alignment on technical approaches.
