ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM Modules (5-11 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

UI Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly dashboards and interfaces in ServiceNow to improve user experience.

- Customize and enhance existing applications and workflows based on user needs and feedback.

- Ensure the UI adheres to the best practices in usability and accessibility.

Analytics and Reporting :

- Utilize Performance Analytics tools to create and manage reports that track KPIs and operational efficiency.

- Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into service performance and trends.

- Analyze data from the ServiceNow platform to identify opportunities for service improvement and optimization.

Performance Management :

- Monitor and review service performance metrics, providing actionable insights for service level management.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish performance benchmarks and strive for continuous process improvement.

- Participate in the development of Performance Improvement Plans based on analytical data.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Provide training and support to users on ServiceNow analytics tools and reporting features.

- Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices to leverage new features effectively.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, focusing on UI development and reporting.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).

- ITSM and ITOM are mandatory

- Proficiency in Performance Analytics and reporting tools within ServiceNow.

- Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
